At WHMCS Guru, the goal is to release scripts that have zero issues. Unfortunately, with the wide variety of servers, configurations, and the like, well, this just isn’t possible. While we try to anticipate every scenario, obviously, things go awry.
If you run into an instance where a purchased script isn’t working, please open a support ticket and we’ll get back with you as soon as humanly possible. Obviously, site affecting issues are going to take priority over day-to-day tasks. Bear with us, we’ll get back with you, and yes, even on the weekend 😉
IF we cannot get your script working for you (a rarity), you won’t have to worry about asking for a refund. We will tell you that it cannot be resolved and refund you ASAP. While that’s not our ideal answer, sometimes these things do happen
