If you’re seeing this error, and nothing else, try enabling WHMCS error display. This will get you a bit more information as to what could possibly be causing this error.
To enable WHMCS error display, head to WHMCS -> Admin -> Settings -> General Settings -> Other, and tick the option to Display Errors .
NOTE:
Please don’t forget to turn this option back off. Leaving this on is considered a security risk
