If you were deemed a risky order, don’t panic! There are a number of methods which we use to verify your order, and all you need to do to ascertain why, and resolve the situation is to open a ticket!

In most cases, we’ll evaluate your order again and provide you with an alternative path to getting your order taken care of. However, in a few cases, we won’t be able to assist you. Unfortunately, if your order is deemed truly fraudulent, then we’re not going to accept it.

Please note:
It’s become increasingly popular to attack us through remote sites such as twitter, Facebook, WHMCS community and their marketplace directly. Threatening to do so will cause you to immediately have your account closed and IP blocked. We are here to help, however we will under no circumstance tolerate threats, attacks, or anything of the like. We’re not obligated to accept your order.

Additionally, we do not simply accept “ID and credit card” verification. This is just far too easily faked. We will evaluate your circumstance on an individual basis, and make a decision, which will be final. Threats and attacks will not cause us to magically ‘accept’ your order.
