WHMCS Support Tickets Enhanced!
A more flexible and customizable support experience
WHMCS does alright when it comes to support, but it could (of course) do better. There are a number of ways to improve this, which is where WHMCS Support Extended comes in. Take a look at the features below, and, as always , if you have any questions, do let us know!
WHMCS added the ability to ‘watch’ tickets in a while back, but this has to be enabled manually per ticket. What a hassle
With this addon, you can have this automatically added, and when the ticket is closed, the ticket can be unwatched automatically as well (not recommended)
With WHMCS Support Extended, you can automatically assign a ticket to a user when they reply. This is not done by default, or able to be done in WHMCS without an addon
On closing a ticket, you can have the custom fields of this ticket wiped out entirely. This is recommended for secure installations.
You can have the custom fields of tickets encrypted . This is recommended when storing sensitive data.

Annual licenses are good for one year. After this, you must pay a nominal fee (less than the original purchase price) if you wish to continue using the product, obtain support, or the latest downloads
Perpetual License

Perpetual licenses never require renewal. They are always active, will always have support and you’ll always have the latest downloads. These are the recommended licenses to purchase.
