Nags are designed to keep admins and staff on top of tickets, and remind them when they are due, or overdue.

Nags can be set per department, priority, or status, and have 5 different alert timers, designed to go off .

Example:
A typical nag timer is set to

15 minutes
30 minutes
45 minutes
60 minutes

This ensures that admin and staff are reminded of these tickets at these times

Additionally, if a staff is assigned a ticket and has their profile setup, they will receive a second nag at these times, reminding them to address the ticket
